An American man finds himself in a remote part of Africa, where a mysterious and dangerous infection is spreading, turning people into aggressive creatures. He does not trust the locals but is forced to rely on the help of three mysterious strangers who seem calm and experienced, yet harbor their own secrets. Together, they try to survive amidst chaos and traps lurking at every turn, face dangerous hordes of the infected, and find a way to a safe place.
